Q.) How much does delivery cost?

  • We do not charge for delvery to UK Mainland.

Q.) How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

  • You will receive your order within 3-5 working days of it being placed. Please also be aware that delivery times may vary due to unforseen weather circumstances, so please allow plenty of time for orders needed by a specific date.

Q.) Is it possible to order 'Out Of Stock' items? If so, how do I do this?

  • Please contact us via email or telephone if you would like to order an 'Out Of Stock' product and we will try our best to assist you with this.

Q.) My order contains faulty or damaged goods, what do I do?

  • We apologise if this occurs as we try our upmost to package and deliver all our products with great care. We are happy to offer a replacement or refund for any damaged or faulty goods, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods in these circumstances. Q.) If I change my mind, can I cancel my order?

  • Unfortunately, due to the nature of products available to be ordered online, it is not possible to cancel your order once dispatched. However, if we are notified immediately, via telephone, we will endeavour to cancel and refund you for your order.

Q.) My order is/contains a gift: can I add a gift message?

  • Yes, you have the opportunity to add a message to your gift and add any special requirements to your order at the checkout stage. When your order is packed for delivery, any gift messages will be inserted.

Q.) Can I order veg boxes online?

  • Currently we do not offer veg boxes online.

Q.) Can I order meat boxes online?

  • Currently, we are unable to offer this service.

Q.) Can I have my order gift wrapped?

  • Please contact us personally if you wish for your gift to be gift wrapped prior to delivery. An extra charge may be applicable in these circumstances.

Q.) What happens if I am not at home when the order arrives?

  • If you have highlighted this in the 'comments box', located on the checkout page, the driver will leave in a safe place as directed. You must state 'leave safe' or any other special instructions for the delivery driver in this 'comments box' in order for the delivery to be left without a signature from yourself.
